Our History

Southwest Saw was founded by Charles L Cook in Houston TX in 1944. Mr. Cook started the company with only a grinding wheel, portable typewriter, and a list of prospective customers. Since then we have grown to become one of the top leaders in providing products and services to the meat processing and retail food industries across the US. We offer a wide range of products that include band saw blades, grinder plates and knives, cutlery, butcher supplies, display case decoration and even our own spices. We also offer a wide range of commercial equipment such as band saws, grinders, slicers, sausage stuffers, and tenderizers just to name a few. In addition, we offer our expertise in quarterly maintenance agreements, equipment repairs and services for our valued customers
